    I own a house in Sunset Ridge in Tabernash, CO together with my wife, my brother and his wife and we have happily employed Kandice as concierge since 2008. Kandice has been an invaluable resource for us in so many ways! First, her professionalism is unmatched as she operates her business and performs the activities we request of her. Second, she does things with a smile on her face and an infectious giggle that makes any conversation enjoyable. Kandice is fair priced, fair minded and her recommendations and contacts within the valley have all proven successful. A concierge is often looked upon to achieve the impossible and, if asked, I have no doubt Kandice could pull it off. She has been for me!

    Welcome packages, dinner and meal preparation, wedding advisor, cleaning services, home supply procurement, an impeccable referral source, trusted advisor and friend are just some of the services and titles she provides. I have personally recommended Kandice to other home owners in the valley and to nearly every one of the renters who come through our house (not to mention when my family stays there ourselves). Working with her is not “work” in the least, Kandice is a remarkable woman and a true gem!
